If you are ready to begin a fitness program or ready for a change in your fitness routine, we are ready to help you meet your goals. Small group classes and individual sessions are available with a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor. Develop a stronger core and a toned, more flexible body. Increase your body awareness and enhance your posture without building bulk or stressing your joints. Exercises are leveled and modified for the individual. Beginners and experienced Pilates students will be accommodated and challenged. Exercise should be a positive experience, mentally and physically.
